Ever since my last trip in January I had planned on coming back to Atlanta in the spring. I was looking forward to the beautiful trees in bloom and strolling down Peachtree in a pair of shorts snapping some shots. Well...unfortunately, that dream didn't come true. On my way down 85 I was plagued with spotty rain showers and foggy conditions all the way into Downtown. Instead of doing the things we had planned, my friends, that accompanied me, and I decided to visit the aquarium. We had a blast there and look forward to possibly doing the new World of Coke when we come down this summer.

I drove up and down Peachtree and Marietta just staring in awe at the damage that the tornado did a few weeks back. I have to say, Atlanta gets back on its feet quick. Scaffolding was up around many buildings and workers were installing new panes of glass.

We took the Marta from Peachtree Center to Arts Center and were very impressed! Security was plentiful and the trains were amazingly clean. The free shuttle to Atlantic Station wasn't too bad as well.
