That's quite a project.  It will defintely loom large at the intersection of Pellissippi Parkway and I-40.  Are the prospects good for this to get built?

It will be nice to see something there other than the typical low rise sprawl.  Maybe, a trend toward more density will start.

Looks like this project has been canceled.  Economic conditions won't allow it.  They need rents higer than $20 a sq ft, "and Knoxville rent's just not there. And the economic environment we're in, it's not going there."  quoted from www.knoxnews.com

Just drove past this today.  Kind of a strange location, but I can see it fitting there.  A sign with the rendering is still up there.  Man, everyone was living on cloud 9 before the economic burst!!
