Here are some of the latest immigrant admission statistics for a few of the places represented in this forum for Fiscal Year 2007 according to the Department of Homeland Security.

In FY 2007:

Hawaii: 7,236 *ranked 24th of US States and D.C. in 07

Honolulu: 5,507 *ranked 26th of US Metros in 07

*Numbers do not include people migrating to the state from the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands of which would probably add on a 1,000-3,000 more.

Alaska: 1,617 *ranked 43rd of US States and D.C. in 07
