Hello everyone, Here are the latest estimates based on Race and Hispanic origin according to the US Census as of July 2007. The first charts of Hawaii and Alaska include Hispanic Whites, Blacks, etc and the bottom two are of non-Hispanic races.

There's some interesting growth trends for both states; the Black and Hispanic populations have grown quite a bit since 2000 and shows no signs of slowing.

Since 2000 the Black population in Hawaii grew by approximately 14,000 and in Alaska by approximately 6,000. The Hispanic population in Hawaii grew by approx. 18,000 and in Alaska by approx. 14,000 and Native American population in Hawaii by approx. 2,900 and Asian population in Alaska by approx. 6,000.
