There are quite a few places with pockets of Hartfordites.

I know that I see a lot of Hartford area dealership plate holders on eastern long island when I go to see my parents.  in fact just yesterday I saw an Avon plate next to me on Shelter Island NY.

Interesting that the CVS sells the courant and sells it out though.
