So I wonder who is possibly going to be located there? It's close enough to Augusta Exchange and the Mall, that I would expect any store located at either one of those locations to NOT also be located at the Wheeler Town Park.
Any ideas? Rumors?

I drove past there this afternoon; They are starting to build the first buildings. They have a sign indicating who the first tenant @ Wheeler Town Park be; I should have put 2 and together. Its Carmax. So I guess that will account for about 5% of the square footage.

The Chronicle is reporting that CarMax will finish building its store at this location, but will then NOT open it due to economic conditions.

Where have I seen *that* rendering before? Oh yes, it was used for Aronov's aborted Eastern Shore Park lifestyle center in Daphne, AL. The "Smith's" building was a Belk store in the original rendering.
When a project falls through or becomes completely overhauled, the renderings are recycled?
