Just thought I would post this here.

Lary G. is the patron Saint of Hartford, and you guys are now squarely on his game plan.

not sure if he will do anything other than just own apartments down there, but he surely does own a bunch of apartments

He built Hartfords first highrise in 20 years, and is vocal about building a new arena and bringing a pro hockey or basketball team here.

We like him quite a bit in the Hartford, and CT section, so I just thought I would let you know a little about this deal.

Thanks for the info. You should check out Sky Scraper Page for more Austin info. For some reason Austin doesn't have many postings on UO. I don't know why and I hope to change that soon with a city page.

I contribute here because I like UP.

SSP is crap-ola, and the way I see it, the more I add to Austin here the more likely people will contribute here.

there is not much content here from texas, but if people continue to post things the layout here and the more informed poster here will eventually built a base.

people at SSP only care about the tallest thing in a city, nothing more.  it kind of irritates me because often times, the smallest projects make the biggest differences on a cities feel.
