This Saturday Worcester will be holding stART on the Street. This is an art fair help on Park Ave, between Pleasant and Highland Streets (though not expected to take up that entire stretch). I did not attend last year, so I am not sure what to expect, but front he sounds of it there are a lot of artists and craftsmen selling their wares, children's activities, and live performances. This year it is not going to be competing with the Canalfest or Pride day, so hopefully will get a good size turnout.
