Hi Everyone!

I am now a freshman over at Bryant, and for my Business 101 project my group mates and I need to make a business plan...in this case a small ad agency. Part of that includes finding office space. The problem lately has been that generally most of the real estate agents blow us off (understandably so) since we are just students who aren't going to buy anything.

I know a lot of people here have good knowledge of the real estate market...so I was wondering if anyone could offer any help. Location doesn't really matter, though Providence metro would be nice.

I'll look into that...also looked on the Foundry website last night, that looks promising as well.
