Why has this not gotten more coverage and support? What a great addition to Downtown Memphis!

This is the first I have heard of this proposal. It is an interesting concept that holds a lot of potential, but I am not sure if the city would get behind this and/or the logistics of actually being able to use these properties all in conjuction as suggested.
