The mayor wants the Allegheny to have its turn, and I'm very happy about it. The stretch of riverfront in question (from the Strip to Highland Park) is riddled with parking lots, run-down and abandoned industrial buildings, etc. I hope something comes of this, because I've been waiting for years to see that area fixed up.
So, what would you do if you were the developer? What kind of developments would you want to see?
