I was in Ft. Smith a few months ago and was on 540 and the traffic was backed up and snarled and I was just wondering is that the norm? Also what are the biggest bottlenecks in the city?

There must have been an accident or something. There never is much traffic on the freeway in Fort Smith under normal conditions.
