We are looking to move from Tulsa... But we would like a place that is accepting to interracial couples, kids, families, etc. We are wanting somewhere where the climate is warm and not too dangerous.

I also am confused, this is a forum for the western US, and you're asking about cities in the south? Are you looking in NM and AZ or really regionally looking more towards GA/ FL and the like?
