Struever Bros seems to defaulting on loans, missing payments to contractors and getting sued all over the place, from here to North Carolina, and a few places in-between.

Remember when they were building all of those expensive condos and getting all of those tax incentives from various levels of government, and some people were asking "Who the heck is going to buy all of these units? They are so expensive, and there are so many of them." and then other people were like "Shut your mouth. This is a RENAISSANCE, y'all! If you build it they will come!"
well, yeah. looks like SBER should have hired the great unwashed to do their market research.
