Hi all,

     I saw a great vantage point for taking photos of the city today...  East Providence, off of Veterans Memorial Bvd along the East Bay bike path.  You get the whole skyline, East Side, India Point, and RIH/Hasbro.  Pretty sweet.  There is, of course, also Prospect Park.  The windows in the mall are also great for offering a perspective of the city.  

     What are your other favorite photo sites?

The Point Street Bridge has a nice view of Downcity up the Providence River. It'll be nicer once the Providence River Bridge comes down. The upper level at Bella Vista in Waterplace Park is good. Also the Gaspee Street side of the Statehouse.

This one is from last week on the Newport Ferry. If the weather were better and I had a telephoto lens, I could have got some nice shots.
