Ground has been leveled, but no foundation work started and absolutely no equipment on site today.  Anyone know the reason?

I thought their application was considered a while back? There's nothing online for it in January...

They are back on site today excavating for either underground utilities or foundations..  Looks like construction is about to start.

This building is going to have a huge presence on this currently under-developed portion of Main. Thanks for the pic! The added residents and retail will certainly be welcome!  :camera:

Portions of the second level have been erected.

Although I've known that this was going to be 4 stories, based on the first level alone, I'm not sure I entirely realized how much of an impact this would have... This is going to be a fairly tall low-rise.   :thumbsup:

They have started the wood framing on the second floor.  This is going to have quite an impact on this area of the West-End.  Awesome.

Looks like they're about ready to start on the third floor if they haven't yet.
