Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Or for that matter is anyone using anything useful to help project manage your portfolio?
I have been googling and searching when the time permits. I've noticed companies like e-Builder who seem to have a web based capital software package. If I'm looking to manage scope, cost, and budget on a ground up where I'm the acting owner project manager would this be good?
The project is 200MM spread across 4 years. We are currently in SD and design is looking to finish up next year in Nov.
Anyone out there using something similiar or have had recent success?
