Yall gonna have another immigrant. Planning to move to the western slope sometime this fall from northwest Arkansas. Looking around Cedaredge, Montrose and Ridgeway. I'm retiring and decided Colorado is where I want to live. Want to find a nice house or condo to lease, have no plans to buy anything. I've been there several times and the sticker shock isn't that much more than where I live now. Mountains are a bit taller though. Thoughts?
