What works what does not.
I am asking about residential towers, not townhomes ot low rise buildings, but with the market dried up, what is it that attracts you to a building, or what attracts other people to a building.
assuming a city center or near city center locatiom, what are you interested in?
is it height?
is it layout
is it price per SF
is it amenities
is it balconies
is it view
is it developer
is it history vs modern
is it own vs rent
is it cost per SF
is it total cost
give some feed back and maybe it will affect what is proposed in your city as we emerge frrom this economic slow down.
giving your location certainly helps as well because we do not know unless you tell us.
