I don't know about you guys but this would be a hot game. Think about it, the most crime filled cities have GTA series so why can't we have one? I'm seriously considering submitting this link to the appropriate video game company (ies). One of the final missions would be a colossal shootout where the player would be trying to take over 13th Ward and the local gangsters/hustlers wouldn't have it.
