Just stumbled onto this.  This is absolutely mind blowing and it takes the idea of architecture as art to a new level.  I hope this concept takes off.  Buildings adjacent to public squares are perfect for this.  Unfortunately, I think here in America it's use, more often than not, would be altered and used as advertising space.  Although that would be cool advertising.
