Jeff Collins, the oft quoted Arkansas economist, has declared bankruptcy.

Now, I don't know him, and he may be a great guy. But I just find this highly ironic considering his stance on the NWA real estate market.

Yeah that is pretty ironic.  Especially since he didn't seem to follow his own warnings on the real estate market as you said.
