So my wife and I were in Raleigh for a wedding.

We were able to walk around for al of maybe 2 hours on Sunday afternoon.

I would have liked to see more, and it would have been nice if some stores or, well anything was open(we eventually found a coffee shop)
its a very nice place and with all the construction its obvious it will be getting nicer.  it lacked a certain something.  I want to say history, but it cant be because there are tons of nice homes at the edge of downtown, but well maybe its just because it was sunday afternoon and quiet.

Great pictures, and it's a nice way to kill some time when everything is closed.  There are some really spooky victorian homes that are pretty unique to Raleigh; and you seemed to capture some of those!
