Don't know if anyone's noticed the Project Database link just above the forum.  I put in some of the developments that's been completed in the past few years.  I wish we would have had something like this a while back.  I've noticed some cities are putting in some of their canceled or on hold developments.  But I don't know if I should try putting in all the projects that aren't likely to ever be built.  I also tried not making it just a Fayetteville project database and put in some Benton County developments as well.  If anybody has any suggestions let me know.  Here's a link.
