I'm doing some research on sustainable growth districts (also known as "green" or "eco" districts) and I'm wondering if anyone can point me toward some specific projects. I know that Portland has a couple of eco-districts in the works, Seattle's got High Point, and Austin has the Seaholm Power site. Anyone know of any others?
I wonder if this is just a fad, or if it's the beginning of a paradigm shift. Thoughts?
