The developments name is Mission on Main, it will be built at the intersection of Market St and Main St. where the Union Gospel Mission was located.

Enzo's Main Street Grocery will be 12,000 sq ft located at the former Hill's Florist site.

58,000 sq ft mixed-use building with 40 apartements on upper floor, and underground parking.

LEED Certified w/ 6000 ft green roof

The full service grocery store isn't part of Mission on Main but is being done by the same developer one block over. Mission on Main will have 40 apartment units with retail on the first floor and parking underground (50 spaces I believe).

I live about a block away from (on the same street) the grocery store and both of these projects are going to catapult Main Street.

This development is moving again.  The developer meets with the Health and Education Board on Friday.
