Here's an interesting article regarding sprawl and how the country can no longer sustain it. It features facts and figures from Atlanta throughout. What are your thoughts on the matter?

I'm a little reluctant to make grand, sweeping predictions though I really HOPE people give a second look at urban living.

Urban sprawl can sometimes get too hot, and the areas that lost people to other areas as a result of that sprawl can no longer stay cool. Eventually the sprawl will freeze.
