PROPOSED: New Urbanist project for Main St, East Greenwich

A new proposal for a 62-unit "anti-subdivision" is being floated by an East Greenwich developer for southern Main Street. The area is currently mostly empty, and abuts a parcel of land that has been bandied about as a commuter rail platform location.

This is the second New Urbanism inspired project by EG architect Don Powers, the first of which is currently being built behind the CVS on Main St.
