The council also decided to exempt 6.5 acres in the Fort Trumbull Development area where the Westport-based Stillman Organization has proposed building 80 rental townhouses.

The housing project proposed by the Stillmans earlier this year is the first new building proposal since 2008, when Corcoran Jennison of Boston lost its preferred-developer status to build a hotel/conference center and housing.<BR class=hardreturn>
I will try and dig up more on this later.
it appears to be in the Ft trumbull area, and with the tax exempt status it should move along pretty well.
remember that this area just about finished up a major residential building a few blocks away, so absorption must not be an issue.

New London is a sad sad joke of a city. You can't fix what you did New London. Fort Trumbull is ruined for our lifetimes I bet.
