Harmonie Park recently reopened, I must say I really like it.

The park paving looks great; let's hope it holds up to wear from traffic and weather. I still think the meshing of Harmonie Park/German Town and Paradise Valley seems a little forced. Is a place that already has its own cultural history the best spot to memorialize a neighboring community which basically no longer exists?
As always, thank you Zach for keeping this forum going after so many of the former members moved away. I get to Detroit so little now that it's nice to get occasional updates.
