The first phase opens in about 2 weeks.
You can see the four story addition under Wells Fargo Center. That breaks ground late this summer.


Hardly any obvious changes to the Best Western. Its an affordable option for those who want to live downtown and in a great location. It looks like the developer is targeting these units mainly for Salem, UNCSA and WSSU.

Its a nice complex for college students or singles just starting out on their own and want to live downtown. When It was a hotel I remember going to my in law's father's birthday party in the bar area of the hotel.
