Sears considering relocating headquarters to North Carolina

Proof that North Carolina and other states were lucky enough that Sears didn't move from Illinois. 100-120 Sears/Kmart stores will close: http://finance.yahoo...-113133071.html

The Sears obituary is continuing to trickle out of the business press:
