Does anyone know what's coming to the block around 45th & Lexington, just north of Grand Central? There was a Sbarro, Wendy's and McDonald's and a jewelry store, but those businesses have all closed (and it wasn't due to low traffic- at least the Wendy's was always mobbed around lunchtime).
Do we have info about what's being built there? I checked curbed.com but couldn't find anything.
