Any updates on the Mall at the Source, the Simon mall right near Roosevelt Field in Long Island? It lost several anchors--due to the chains going under, not due to anything wrong with the mall itself-- and as a result the mall has lost a bunch of in-line tenants inside.
Any updates on new stores or redevelopment? It's in a great location and clearly will do fine in the long run, but it might take some repositioning to add a few new replacement anchors.
