We're moving from SE Grand Rapids (near Kentwood) to Holland in the next few months, to be closer to my husbands job and save on gas. I've been looking for a couple of months now to see what sort of properties might be available, and recently started sending inquiries via Craigslist to some choice properties I've found. These have ALL turned out to be scams (go figure!).

I'm wondering if there's a rental home resource that I haven't found yet? We're a young family with 2 (almost 3!) small children and prefer an actual single family home, not a duplex, townhome or apartment. We can't pay over $900 a month and would need at least 3 bedrooms, with room to spread out (kids toys) inside and out.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it! Thanks so much!
