915 Main, 55 on the Park, adding units

Both building are adding units, 915 is gobbling up common areas on each floor, 55 will add ground units.

all 1 bedrooms.

These took a few tries through planning   and the city made 55 on the park keep its ground floor retail, and add less units.

915 is adding nine units and 55 on the Park is adding an additional six. The city probably made a good decision with regard to retail -- the potential for park-fronting stores is worth the three units. The building appears to be doing quite well, anyway.

yeah, while that retail is unused now, it will be priceless in in the future as downtown fills out.
