Both of these next articles are a big disappointment.
The Tennessee Hospital Association has decided to move from their current location off of Nolensville Rd. to a new yet to be built facility in Brentwood. This is actually in Cool Springs but on the Brentwood side.

Frost, Brown, & Todd are moving form the Fifth Third building to the Pinnacle and from 15,000 sq ft to 42,000 sq ft.
UBS Global ruled the Pinnacle Building out and are still looking for 60,000 sq ft. to consolidate all of their Nashville offices.

The land is owned by Broadway realty company. I dont know if it was the land and the dealerships were sold or the dealershipsonly.

Office and Industrial markets improving. All very good news and hopefully some office tower construction in 2012.

Yet another blow for Hickory Hollow. This was the Sears my former fiancee worked at for a few years until 2003. She said it was clearly deteriorating at that time as Sears decided to aim lower with its clientele. Unfortunate, but yet not terribly surprising.
