Been waiting for something like this for a long time...

Don't know why I didn't hear anything about this earlier but Gilmore is turning Ottawa Tavern into a jazz club. Here's hoping they do it right - looks like the "preview" is just small jazz trios, etc.  Background type music.

Hopefully with the renovation they'll be able to have big bands and larger groups on a nice stage.
