I know right! These people will drive you nuts. The new stadium will be far superior to the current 77 year old War Memorial Stadium.

Construction has already begun on part of the stadium site. The maintenance facility has already been erected. Construction on the actual stadium will most likely happen after Christmas in 2004. They cant start on the stadium until the DSS workers move into their new offices 2 miles north of downtown. The new building should be completed just before Christmas. After the workers move, they'll have to demolish the old structure and grade the land to start construction. The stadium should be completed in time for the 2005 season.

That was never an actual plan but was an idea that was thrown around. But you never know, it could still be a possibilty.
