But that is not why they changed the design. The design was changed because a sircle represents Japan, japanese history and wartime activities. There is many sircle symbols in China as well, but apartently SWFC was too symbolic for China to have a sircle on the topp of it.
Now, that probably sounds as stupid and childish as it did to me the first time i heard about it. But the view on this cause is quite different in China. I assume you know the history between China and Japan, and why they have been acting "unfriendly" with eachother laterly, so that i won't explain.
