I spoke to a rep who works for the company that bought the Garrison. He said they will open sales for the remaining units in January.

Garrison at Graham is temporarily off the market. The developer has sold the building and we expect the new owners will starts sales again in 2012.

So anyone else notice that lovely billboard truck driving through Charlotte announcing the Garrison bankruptcy (or is it foreclosure) and fire sale on condos? Just lovely...

They've had ads in the Charlotte Observer the last few weeks... The ads didn't indicate it was the Garrison, but given the pictures they had, it was obvious.

On the bright side, they have been turning the lights on all the apartments at night. Looks a lot more lively and welcoming.

I remember when I toured the Garrison once. Lovely spaces....but they were waaaay over priced!
