Icy Geneva!

Geneva experienced a blizzard a few weeks back, as most of you might know of. However, here are a small collection of images from the waterfront of the city, which was made into a incredible icy facade.

And I thought ice storms around here were bad!  Wow!  You can almost feel how cold it is without even being there.  Going to take a lot of hot water or a massive ice scraper to get into those cars!

We had some similar scenes here in southern New England after our blizzard last month. Especially on the South Shore of Boston.

That is amazing what the ice has done to the cars and boats. It is interesting how much ice there is on the cars though. Wow!

That is mind boggling as it looks like the hurricanes we get here, but frozen.   I can't say that I've ever seen photos such as that before.

Amazing pictures. It must have been quite windy during the blizzard to blow all of that water from Lake Geneva on the the cars and it must have been quite cold for it to freeze so fast.
