yea i think it is niagra falls, heres a pic i found on the internet, i dont know if the city itself is called that though. Posted Image

The courthouse has great views of the city. I didn't realize it was that close to Niagra or Toronto. I know that it is close to the border but not to those cities.

It's Niagra Falls --- there is a lot of highrise development on the Canadian side of the Falls.  The observation towe is the Minolta tower -- at least it was when I was a kid -- I actually think there are two observation towers on the Canadian side if I remember correctly.

The first Picture is Niagara Falls...about 20 minutes form downtown Buffalo.  The second picture is Toronto...about 1.5 hours form downtown Buffalo.
