PS: Scroll down in the hotel story and click on the picture of Apple Reit expansion into the old Nathan's Tailor Shop on Main between 8th and 9th Streets. When I was in Richmond, I drove by and it appeared the new building was up and almost complete.
Also, I noticed lots of activity at the old 1st and Merchants Bank building at 9th and Main which is being converted to apartments. Is it just my eyes, or are they actually cleaning the old skyscraper's exterior as well?
