Nov 04 2009 04:08 PM Noticed today that the landscaping has been taken out at the first CU-ICAR entrance off Laurens Road. Looks like there is a temp contractors sign up. Is this the start of the official walls/signage/entrances to CU-ICAR? Anyone know?
