May'be so.

But these are just projects that haven't been posted on a bit. Plus, there's no forumers from Kuwait, or Qatar, which are two subforums I'd like to start, just not enough interaction.

Yeah I could see that being a problem. But hopefully the Dubai forum will take off and maybe it will also help draw in more people to the Middle East forum.

National Bank of Kuwait to finance Hamra real estate project

National Bank of Kuwait and Hamra Real Estate Company signed an agreement Saturday worth KD 108 million, by which NBK is to finance the Hamra real estate project in Al-Meqwa area.

According to kUNA, NBK Corporate Banking Group Director General Sheikha Al-Bahar told reporters, after the agreement was signed, that the new project would contribute to the architectural development and enhancement of Kuwait City.

For Al-Hamra company, Deputy Board Chairman Khaled Al-Uthman said the project is among the biggest in Kuwait and would stretch over an overall area of 22,000 square meters where Firdous Cinema used to stand.
