Ampa Tower (Ampa business center tower)
● Height: 65 floors above the ground, 236 meters. (774 ft) (Or 244M).

● Location: near Ayalon highway, close to Yigal Alon Street, not far away from Toyota tower.

● The tower was announced as "the tallest tower in the middle east", so there is a chance that the tower will raised over 244 meters.
● The tower is part of "Ampa business center", which its construction already began.
● Initiator: Ampa real-estate.
● It will be built on the old "Amkor" factory.
Now it's U/C, But not sure it's the tower that U/C

Egged Tower
First plan: a tower in height of 81 floors above the ground, 325 meters (1,066 ft) (360 meters including the spire) (1,181 ft)
Second plan: A tower in height of 65 floors above the ground, 245 meters. (804 ft)
Third plan: two towers in height of 30 floors above the ground, ? meters.
State: approved, the construction is expected to be finished not before 2009, It's possible that the construction will start in 2005.

The Government Tower

The Inter-National Bank Tower
Height: 32 floors above the ground,129.3 meters. (423 ft)
The style of the tower will be very unique, that's because the tower will be built in a shape of triple rising lumber-mills in gradual, which create "light preformance", the tower will have transparent part (It will be a "look a like" of the BANK OF CHINA tower...

MATCAL TOWER in Tel Aviv, Israel
* Height: 23 floors above the ground, 95 meters. (311 ft)

* Location: close to Menachem Begin way, in front of Azrieli towers, the northern "Kirya" compound.

* The cost of the project: 140 million dollars.
* Built area: 140,000 square meters.
* There will be a parking for 1000 vehicles.
* Architect: A.Yaski and Y.Sivan.
* 5 underground floors of parking will be built.
* The "Matcal" house will be combined from two buildings of 17 floors each one, which at the roof of the tower they will be connected.
An elliptic structure will connect between them, and will be used as a shaft for tens of elevators.
In the entrance of the building, there will be a glorious lobby, in a height of some stories.
The offices in the old buildings in the south of the Kirya will move to the "Matcal" house, an act, which will cause a development acceleration of the "southern Kirya compound".
* Above the building a heliport will be built.
* There's be a bridge connecting the tower to the Azrieli Center Circular Tower.
* The tower is covered with Glass and Granite.
* Over the nights between February 3rd to February 15th, 2003, the pedestrian bridge, connecting this building and the Azrieli Towers Mall, was installed. The bridge was designed by the architects of Matcal Tower.


* State: under construction, the construction began two years ago, and it will be finished in the year 2004.

Interesting projects, but that first tower looks a little out of place considering the surrounding buildings. Many of the others are great looking however.

It's just because the pictures shows u the skyline of Gyvataim and not looking at tel aviv....
Anyway the area is a little bit more developed now....
