Urban Planet's newest feature is the Project Database. This will replace the former wiki system that we were trying to develop. This system is editable by members, and we need you to help get it going. I've started with on entry in the Greenville Projects section, and several in the Spartanburg section if you want to see examples of what this can be over time. You may have already noticed the link at the top of the Greenville forum.

Please let me know if you have any questions, thoughts, or comments on it.

This will eventually replace the Highrise Index thread, however I dont want to start by only adding the dead or on hold projects

Panama City along with the airport didn't give any money and is not covering any losses to Southwest Airlines. A local developer out of that area did. Airports are forbidden under FAA guidelines from giving incentives to airlines to expand into their area.
The Hughes have purchased at least two parcels next to Riverplace. One being the large warehouse that had a electrical company in it that is bordered by Rhett, River and Camperdown and the other a smaller building adjacent to it on River Street. Looks like they are getting land for a phase 4.
