St. Paul's College is for sale! Located in beautiful downtown Lawrenceville, St. Paul's closed in June, 2013, and it's now for sale by sealed bid auction. You can buy 183 acres and 35 buildings, including the chapel, gymnasium, library, theatre, football field, infirmary, a bunch of houses and dormitories, and (oh yeah) some buildings with classrooms and labs and stuff. Motley's Auction & Realty Group has plenty of pictures and a "please, please, please buy" video at the below site.
