So what is going in with Tapestry? Are they going to be condos or just all rentals? Any info on a finish date? Someone from work mentioned he thought they were having money issues. But last time I drove by it looked like it was moving along nicely. Their website has little information.

There is also tons of work being done across the street from there. A very old home has all of the trees torn up around it. Something about turning it into a hotel and adding retail around it?

Work continues on the RJ Corman railroad bridge downtown. Under a city/county partnership, it will be painted and lit similar to the Shelby Street Bridge in Nashville. It will have LED lighting that can change colors for special events, holidays, etc...

Meanwhile... on the other side of Brentwood's town center, the Tapestry is taking too long to complete.  I wasn't aware that the project was not complete yet.  It is massive!   Does make me wonder if Bristol Development is having some financing issues.

Anyway..  http://www.tennessean.com/story/news/local/williamson/brentwood/2014/07/31/slow-tapestry-condos-leads-planning-angst/13414359/

They changed construction companies. They originally cleared the land and built the garage structure....then (for whatever reason) fired the construction company they were using. It sat with no activity for a good 6-8 months, it seems. Now that they have another construction company working on the living component, it's moving along. Not quickly, but definitely at a steady pace.
